At Modern Knot Studio, we prioritize sustainability and thoughtful craftsmanship. To reduce waste, we purchase yarn specifically for your order if it is not already in stock. This means your items are made-to-order with care and precision.

Processing Times

• If the materials are on hand, we aim to create and ship your items within 3-5 business days.
• If yarn needs to be ordered, processing times may take longer, especially during busy seasons when suppliers experience delays. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your item to be ready to ship in these cases.
• We’ll keep you updated on your order status and let you know if we encounter any unexpected delays.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
• We ship exclusively via USPS. Once your order is dropped off at the post office, delivery times depend on USPS and are beyond our control.
